Justin Levine
Head of Human Resources
Justin Levine serves as vice president of Human Resources at Mural Oncology.
In this role, he leads the development and execution of Mural’s Human Resources strategy and programs, including compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and career development.
Mr. Levine has more than 25 years’ experience in building human resources programs and processes to support organizations, teams, and people. Prior to joining Mural, Justin was vice president of Human Resources for Alkermes where he was responsible for compensation, engagement, and learning and development programs. Prior to Alkermes, Justin worked for Biogen, in leadership roles in Compensation and as an HR business partner working with R&D. Early in his career, Justin spent time at Capital One and Fidelity Investments in a number of HR and process management roles.
Justin earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
